How about people learning the mechanics of a fight? All I see in lfr is
people standing in stuff and spamming attacks, just because its lfr dosen’t
means you can be still when fighting for WOW
gold. It’s a place to pratice for real raids. I had to point that out,
but it seemed fine. Until there was five minutes of people arguing over which
targets to mark, someone would mark him first then someone else would say "NO
that's wrong!" and switch the marks. I left. Requeued, got a group that killed
Protector first, and was all in all a much more fun, relaxed and friendly
raid.
I sure am glad I skipped dailies to gear up through heroics to get to LFR,
it's too bad other people don't seem to realize how easy that it to do. Best
part always is the outtake at the end too. They need some more voices, I'll lend
my voice, and I’ve been annoying people with my fake accents for years! Pandaren
always put the other races to shame when they're in machinima. Their animations
are so much better its like night and day. Good vid too, I loved the bit about
the hunter. He wasn't even wearing any gear!
I loved "What about that thing over there?" What really clinched it for me
was the very last line. "What a sad story." The whole Deathwing thing really
depends on how knowledgeable the NPC is, because Deathwing was already pretty
evil and infamous before Cataclysm (about 10,000 before that, as a matter of
fact).
That was nicely put together. I liked the filter he used to give the WoW
action a classic illustration look and the humor was pretty well-written, even
if it's well-worn territory, the mysteries of an old alt's vault. My hunter from
2005 still has a full stack of ammo (arrows and bullets) in her guild bank of
WOW gold. I still play her, though I can never seem to actually get her
to level cap. She languished at Level 50 for years, before I finally pushed her
to 65, at which point she sat again till I most recently got her to 74, and now,
here she sits again.
